Reflections of My Village: A Photo Essay Part 2, Work by Elementary Students
Yesterday's post featured art created by Bronxville High School students exhibited in the windows of participating local businesses participating in an annual March event called Spring Into Art. I took the photos at angles to capture my town as well. Just as this project seeks to showcase its youth, the superimposed images showcase the town.
The following three images were painted by elementary-age students and reflect street scenes.
I love how bold their colors are and, simultaneously, how those bright colors allow the winter scenes of the town to pop to life.
